River Valley Church SOAP - Part 9Sample

Phillipians is a letter from the Apostle Paul to the church he started in Philippi. Acts chapters 15 and 16 give us a view into the start of the Philippian Church. Paul is writing this letter from prison to encourage the Philippian believers. There are various themes throughout the chapters of living a life of joy regardless of outward circumstances. Paul experienced hard life circumstances first hand. He addressed living in unity with other believers and remembering the humility of Christ. Paul shared what he personally committed to do to follow Christ and his desire to see others follow Jesus.
