Everlasting Joy 

There was a dacoit who robbed passers-by and even murdered some of them. Only after doing such deeds he would be at peace. But as days went by, he lost his peace. One day he met Jesus the divine light, and his life was transformed. He could not contain the joy in his heart. His face became bright and a divine nature filled him. The joy in him overflowed that he couldn’t stop preaching about the Lord Jesus, one person every day at least. 

My friend, God looks at the heart of the man. To the world this man appeared gigantic and he was a murderer. But God gave him the joy of salvation. He cleansed him with His blood and washed all his sins. He gave him the eternal joy that even his face was shining like the sun. My friend, in the same manner God wants you to shine. He wishes to wash away your sins with His blood. Will you not ask for forgiveness? He is ready to cleanse you and make you spotless as snow. 

Today great joy and peace will fill your heart as you have dedicated yourself to the Lord to walk in His ways. You are a brand new person ready to shine for the Lord. Be of good cheer! 

Prayer

“Loving Father, thank You for the word of blessing You have spoken to me today. Forgive my sins and wash me with Your blood. Lord make me a vessel pleasing to You. Fill me with Your eternal joy. This I pray in Jesus name – Amen.”
