EXERCISE DAILY
Research has proven that physical exercise helps the human mind. For instance, if you usually jog 3 miles a day but push yourself to go an extra mile or even half a mile today, that improves your mental endurance and translates to perseverance when you are faced with a tough task. Physical exercises don't just strengthen the body; they also strengthen your mind, and they are a sure way to manage depression. Exercises are therapeutic and are many times as needful or valuable as medications. Create a light exercise regimen for yourself and make sure that it is convenient. You may increase your exercise intensity with time, but make sure you exercise frequently. We recommend at least an hour of physical exercise daily to stay healthy. If you can't sign up at the gym, take more walks than you usually would. Get involved in physical activities more and enjoy a happy life with a fit body and a strengthened mind.
Action Tip:
Try out an exercise regimen today. You may find easy ones on the internet, or you simply pick a distance on your street and jog that distance. Sweat it out a bit. You can plug your ears with good music as you work out. You may choose an indoor or outdoor regimen, or better still, register at a gym. But make sure you stay consistent with your regimen. It won't come easy at first, but eventually you'll enjoy it. Make sure you record your experiences each day you work out - how it made you feel and the difference or impact it had on your day. Write it all out in your journal.
Affirmations:
My body belongs to God and must be well taken care of. Therefore, I subject my body to daily exercise to keep me fit just as I keep my spirit fit. I declare that as I give myself daily to exercise regimens, my body is fit and strengthened, my mind is light and worry-free, and my soul is joyful. I am Joyed Up all around me. Halleluyah!
