GET ENOUGH NIGHT'S SLEEP

When you are sleep-deprived, your brain cannot function at its peak, and that reduces your productivity. When you are less productive, your excitement about doing productive things drops and you become less happy. People suffering from depression are likely to lose their sleep as well. Make sure you sleep and sleep well. When you wake from a good sleep, you are refreshed and ready to take on the day. Don't be lazy, but sleep well and wake refreshed and revitalised in your mind and body. Don’t prove a point by trying to stay awake all night. Everybody knows that Rome wasn’t built in a day; what they don’t know is, it wasn’t built all day and all night. To be happy and productive, your mind and body need to be relaxed and refreshed. Try that and see how your happiness tank will fill up.


Action Tip:
Note your sleep patterns and make sure you get good sleep. Sleep well. You'd always feel great about the start of the day after a good night's sleep. It's okay to nap in the day, but make sure your night's sleep is not tampered with.


Affirmations:

I am not sleep deprived because I do not worry. GOD gives HIS beloved sleep; not just sleep but good sleep. Therefore, I lean into GOD, and I experience rest on all sides. I am not burdened or troubled with the affairs of this world to lose my sleep. I cast all my burdens on GOD, trusting that my life is secured in HIM. I sleep well, and I am happy. I enjoy all that GOD has in store for me. I am alive, happy and well because GOD is on my side. Amen
