EAT HEALTHY
It is popular for people to use food as a source of comfort when they feel sad and lonely. It is much less popular to eat healthy to lead a happy life, but it sure works. You shouldn't eat just anything that is put on your table - you need to eat intentionally. Some people suffer from esteem issues because of their size, and a vital intervention to getting their confidence back is eating healthy. A good and healthy choice of meals will certainly put a smile on your face and, in the long run, keep you happy. Living healthy, with low cholesterol and normal glucose, will exempt you from the sadness of living with struggles in your health and fitness. Mind you, the body requires a healthy balance of food to produce the necessary neurotransmitters for feeling good. Help yourself by eating healthy. Don’t just eat anything; control your appetite and lead a happy life. Your mood can be linked to your food.
Action Tip:
Try a new healthy recipe today (find a recipe from your cookbook, the internet, or the food channels on TV) and at the end of the day, write down in your journal how you felt making and eating the meal. Be as detailed as you can about the taste, the nutrients and the feeling you got from the 'healthy meal'.
Affirmations:
I declare today that I am healthy. I do not just say it, but I deliberately put effort into having a healthy eating habit. I understand that my body isn’t just mine, but also belongs to GOD. I choose to create a healthy environment for GOD to dwell in, in my body. My body is GOD’s temple, so I feed my body rightly and keep it as fit as it should be. No matter my current size, I am still beautiful because everything GOD made is good and beautiful. I will make sure that I am fit at all times by eating the right proportions of meals. I declare today that I am happy and joyful.
