The gospel is the power of God unto salvation! The Holy Spirit does not have a nationality - He embraces all nations! The Holy Spirit is not bound by men's laws and regulations. He does not need a passport. The Holy Spirit can go where He wills, and nothing and no one can stop His sovereign move among men. It is not presumptuous to believe that God wants us to launch out in faith and fulfill the command to give the gospel to every creature. There is no presumption involved when we state by faith that we want to saturate our world with the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is not presumptuous because the Lord commanded us to do it! As impossible as it might seem to us to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every person, it is not impossible with God. And it is not presumptuous to believe over all the earth, and He will be faithful when we respond to that command. He will provide all the power, anointing, financing, equipment, and everything else necessary to complete the task. God will do it. And people will respond.
