One who Perfects

Jesus Christ is assigned as the author of our life. He will be with us in our daily walk and perfect both our worldly and spiritual life.

History has recorded this curious episode in the life of Babur, the great emperor who ruled over a large part of the ‘good old India.’ He had an exceeding love for his son, Humayun, who by mischance fell critically ill and was on his death bed. The aggrieved father, Babur pleaded with God crying bitterly, “O Lord! Please put all this pain and fatal illness of my son on me; take away my life and give him back his life. Let him continue to live and serve the people.” God granted his request. Humayun survived and lived on to become a beneficent ruler over his people for many more years in perfect harmony.

Yes my friend, Jesus the Son of God came down from His throne to perfect everything. He was sent to redeem you and give you authority over this world. He sacrificed Himself so that you may be saved from the sins of the world. He died for you to overcome the bondages of the devil. Believe in Him! He is the author and finisher of your life.

Prayer

“Loving Lord, thank You for speaking to me through this word today. As Your word says, You are the one who perfects everything concerning me. I thank You for You perfect everything in my life. I give my life into Your hands; take complete control of me. This I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.”

‘Jesus is the One who perfects everything in your life’

Blessing For Today

Every day we must know the plans that the Lord has kept in store for our lives. The Lord has given us His word to reveal His plans to us. He reveals His plans through the word of God as we read it with reverence and prayer. When we hear His voice through our meditation of His word our hearts will burn like fire filled with joy (Psalm 39:3). Then as we follow it with proclamation of those words through the power of the Holy Spirit through our prayer, the blessings of that day will come upon us. Not only the blessings, but the grace of God shall come upon us to carry out that day’s work.  We have compiled the Bible passage for you to read as well as the Lord’s revelation for each day. We pray that through this the Lord may give you the grace to be connected to Him throughout this year.
