Victory

You must be aware of Sir. Isaac Newton. There is something very interesting in the life of this person. He was fatherless from a very tender age. His mother left him to the care of his very aged grandmother. The thoughtful grandmother often said, “My dear Isaac, I cannot do anything for you. I am a very poor woman but I can teach you one thing. Remember, if you want to be successful, pray every day and ask God to grant you success in everything that you do.” Often she emphasized, “Keep this in mind, pray every day for God to grant you victory.” In accordance with the advice given by his grandmother, Isaac Newton prayed everyday saying, “Lord give me victory today.” The Lord who looked at this sincere soul gave him success. And what was his greatest success? Yes, it was the discovery of the Law of Gravitation. It was the greatest discovery the world had ever known. Today, he is acclaimed as one of the greatest scientists of our times.

In the same manner, God is going to lift you up. Perhaps you may be insignificant today, but God wants to raise you up to very great heights in this world. It is for this purpose that God is going to give you victory. The Lord who helped Sir. Isaac Newton will also help you. It is only God who gives you the victory.

Prayer

“Loving Lord, I praise You for being the source of wisdom. Help me to seek Your grace everyday and grant me the desired victory for this day. I confess that without You, I cannot face my life on this earth. I offer myself into Your loving hands, Amen.”

‘Pray for your success and victory this day’

Blessing For Today

Every day we must know the plans that the Lord has kept in store for our lives. The Lord has given us His word to reveal His plans to us. He reveals His plans through the word of God as we read it with reverence and prayer. When we hear His voice through our meditation of His word our hearts will burn like fire filled with joy (Psalm 39:3). Then as we follow it with proclamation of those words through the power of the Holy Spirit through our prayer, the blessings of that day will come upon us. Not only the blessings, but the grace of God shall come upon us to carry out that day’s work.  We have compiled the Bible passage for you to read as well as the Lord’s revelation for each day. We pray that through this the Lord may give you the grace to be connected to Him throughout this year.
