When God Rewrites Your Future

After Saul’s encounter with Jesus, God speaks something that no one else would have expected:

“He is My chosen instrument.” Chosen. Not tolerated. Not barely accepted. Chosen.

That one word flips the entire narrative.

• The man who opposed Jesus… is now appointed by Him.
• The man who brought fear… is now sent to bring faith.
• The man with the worst reputation… is now entrusted with the greatest message.

That’s not behavior modification—that’s transformation.

And this is the hope we hold onto:

God doesn’t just adjust your life—He completely transforms it.

• He takes what seems impossible and makes it purposeful.
• He takes what looks disqualified and calls it chosen.
• He takes what feels final and turns it into a beginning.

And here’s what matters for you today:

Your future is not determined by your past. It’s determined by your encounter with Jesus.

So don’t settle into old labels.

Don’t agree with limiting narratives.

Don’t assume it’s too late for your life to change.

Know that God is still...

• Calling.
• Choosing.
• Rewriting.

Because that’s what He does. God flips the script.

And when He does … your future becomes something you never could have written on your own.

Prayer:

Father, You have chosen me and set me apart from this world. It is not I who lives, but Christ in me. You have given me a new purpose and have called me qualified. My past has ended, and my future has begun anew by Your Spirit that lives in me. Thank you for my transformation, my new beginning, for flipping the script of my life. In Jesus’ name, amen.
