DAY 4 OF 7

School of God

If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, you are a lifelong student of life challenges. When you experience painful or challenging conditions, you have an opportunity to obey and please Him in your responses. This can be accomplished by spending time with Him, investing in His Word, worshipping Him, and sharing Him with others. This is one way to express your love to Him.

In addition, you can redeem the situation. You can do this by running to Jesus with your pain and fear, camping out in His Word where you can receive hope, comfort, encouragement, and further direction. As you deepen your message by doing these things, God will widen your ministry and provide opportunities to share these treasures with those He brings across your path.

Sometimes it is difficult or confusing to know how to apply this practically to your life. Therefore, I have provided a wide variety of attitudes or actions to choose from to try out in the next few days. With there being 7 major categories, I hope you will find one of them that resonates with you.

The goal of choosing one of these options is to help you keep your eyes on Jesus during your life challenge. Think baby steps. Baby steps. Little things done over a period of time. Like a marriage. Or leadership. As you slowly learn to get to know Jesus better and become more like Him, others will begin to see Him in your life. In your attitudes and actions. This is critical because we may be the only Jesus some will ever see.

About this Plan

Why?

When life hits hard, we want answers. When the rest of the world tells us to "trust God", we have pain inside that needs processing. Let's run to Jesus with our questions and learn to develop a hope and love-filled relationship with The Answer while we are seeking answers.
