Provision, Protection, PowerSample

God knows you.
He knows you more than you know yourself. Psalm 139:3 states that He is acquainted with all of your ways. He knows what is in your heart. The Lord understands what is weighing on your mind and what dominates your thought life. He knows your strengths and weaknesses. He knows your cares, concerns, and what you envision or desire for your life. God knows. God sees. God hears.
God also cares. 1 Peter 5:7 says to throw all your burdens on Him, for He cares for you. When God saw the bondage of the Israelites in Egypt, He cared, was grieved, and had a plan of action to set them free.
True love, care, and compassion are not just emotional feelings—they are shown through action. God is the One who cares, gives a promise, and fulfills that promise in His Word through action.
Since God knows you and cares for you, He desires that you know Him personally as your Provider, Protector, and Power.
God knows you, but do you know Him? In other words, do you have a relationship with Him? This is only possible by being forgiven of all your sin and being made righteous in God’s sight. The only way to become righteous is through trusting in Jesus Christ.
You must fully trust in His work on the cross—that He was crucified to completely pay for your sin so that you can be fully forgiven. Once you personally believe that He did that and that He rose from the dead, you open the door of your heart to receive Him and the free gift of eternal life. In that moment, you become righteous and assured of heaven through Jesus alone. He alone is the provision for salvation, beginning a relationship with Him.
Pray this to know Jesus Christ and know that you are going to heaven:
“Lord Jesus, I confess that I have sinned against You. I am unholy. You see that. Thank You that You cared for me so much that You willingly took the full payment for my wrongdoing on the cross so that I would never have to pay for my sin in hell. I believe You rose again, and right now I put my full trust in You alone to save me. I repent of sin and don’t want it anymore. I see my need to know You and be saved. Forgive me. I receive You into my life and thank You that I am now a child of God by Your grace. Amen.”
