The Will of God: Part 2Sample

God's Will is for Him to be Glorified
- Who gave Jesus His wisdom and knowledge?
- Who gave us our spiritual gifts or ministry opportunities? Do we think of them as ours or as gifts given to us?
- Ultimately, we are to use our spiritual gifts for what according to this passage?
- What will people notice of us if we are seeking His glory and not ours? Why is that important when we minister to others?
- God’s will is that we will know if others’ teaching is from God or their own authority. What has God given us to help us discern if what we hear from others is truth?
- His will is for Himself to be glorified as we use our spiritual giƞs. What is your will? Do you desire to be lifed up or do you desire for Him to be lifed up?
Ask God to help you to discern what you hear from authorities and to know based on His Word if it is true to who God is. Ask God to help you to use your spiritual gifts for His glory and not your own. Ask God to help take your own will and make it His will.
