Blessing For Todayគំរូ

Little Boy
During the Second World War, Japan won the battle against America. The American Commander saw the destruction and immediately he met the President of America. He said, “Sir, I want your permission to send our armed forces to Japan and destroy them.” After the discussion, the President asked the Commander, “How many soldiers from our side will die?” The commander gave him the number. Seeing the number, the President became very sad. Then, he said to his Commander, “I will not allow this many of our soldiers to die for us. Instead, I will send the ‘Little Boy’ (Atom Bomb) to destroy them.” Thus time was set and the atom bomb was sent to destroy Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Beloved, the ‘Little Boy’ mentioned here destroyed cities. Similarly, the Bible says that Jesus is the ‘Little Boy’ who came to this earth to destroy the works of the devil. Jesus was dropped like an ‘Atom Bomb’ on the devil’s head. How true it is! Jesus was born as a little baby boy to the Virgin Mary. He grew in God’s wisdom and was full of the Holy Spirit. At last, He humbled Himself to the point of death on the cross to crush the devil’s works. Jesus did it and was resurrected on the third day. Hallelujah! Celebrate His birth and victory.
Prayer
“Loving heavenly Father, thank You for sending Your son Jesus to this earth. Thank You Jesus for destroying the works of the devil on the cross. Today, I pray that the devil’s works will be crushed in my life and family. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
‘The Son of God was manifested to destroy the works of the devil’

Every day we must know the plans that the Lord has kept in store for our lives. The Lord has given us His word to reveal His plans to us. He reveals His plans through the word of God as we read it with reverence and prayer. When we hear His voice through our meditation of His word our hearts will burn like fire filled with joy (Psalm 39:3). Then as we follow it with proclamation of those words through the power of the Holy Spirit through our prayer, the blessings of that day will come upon us. Not only the blessings, but the grace of God shall come upon us to carry out that day’s work. We have compiled the Bible passage for you to read as well as the Lord’s revelation for each day. We pray that through this the Lord may give you the grace to be connected to Him throughout this year.
