Blessing For Todayគំរូ

Tares or Wheat?
A flock of swallows were watching a farmer growing flax seeds. An elderly swallow told the others, “We must pick up all the seeds and destroy them if we are to survive.” But the others were indifferent and said, “Let the seeds grow. Why should we bother about it? Let us wait and see.” After a few days, the seeds sprouted into plants. The farmer collected all the flax and twisted it into twine. With the twine he made a net and spread it over the field. All the swallows were caught in that net. Only then were their eyes opened. They realised that if only they had destroyed those seeds, they could have nipped the danger in the bud.
Beloved, take time to analyse your life for any bad seeds, which are either sown by the devil or by you. What are those seeds? They are words that are spoken by you or others. So, choose to sow good words into your heart at all times. Do not allow the enemy to sow wrong words into your heart. Believe and confess every promise given by God. Then, like seeds, every good promise will grow and bear fruit. Dear friend, sow only wheat in your field and remove all the weeds.
Prayer
“Loving Heavenly Father, thank You for reminding me of the importance of sowing good words. I nullify all the bad words that I spoke against myself and others in the name of Jesus. Help me to speak only God’s words, which are pure and full of wisdom. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
‘Sow good words; reap God’s goodness!’

Every day we must know the plans that the Lord has kept in store for our lives. The Lord has given us His word to reveal His plans to us. He reveals His plans through the word of God as we read it with reverence and prayer. When we hear His voice through our meditation of His word our hearts will burn like fire filled with joy (Psalm 39:3). Then as we follow it with proclamation of those words through the power of the Holy Spirit through our prayer, the blessings of that day will come upon us. Not only the blessings, but the grace of God shall come upon us to carry out that day’s work. We have compiled the Bible passage for you to read as well as the Lord’s revelation for each day. We pray that through this the Lord may give you the grace to be connected to Him throughout this year.
