Chosen Vessel 

For the children of God, nothing is impossible. God’s possibilities breaks man’s impossibilities. Few years back, we conducted gospel meetings in Canada for 3 days. On the last day of the meeting, I prayed for the congregation after preaching about God’s love. Being filled with the Holy Spirit I said, “There is a person called Peter here. You want to kill a particular person. God is touching you and removing that spirit from you.” Immediately, a person came to the dais and said, “I am Peter and I had already plotted to kill a person. A friend of mine brought me here and God’s power touched me today. I am changed man today. I am transformed.” On hearing this, I too embraced him and rejoiced in the Lord. 

What a joy to see hard-hearted people getting a new lease to life! Even in today’s passage, we read about Saul who wanted to kill all God’s children. But, God met him on the way. His power transformed Saul into a new man. He began preaching the gospel. A killer was transformed into a preacher! Today, are you worried about a person or a situation where a change seems impossible? My friend, nothing is impossible for God. Do not give up! God is working on your behalf to bring a change in your life. 

Prayer

“Loving Father, there is nothing impossible for You. Lord, I bring this hard-hearted person and my tough situation to You. I invite You to intervene in my problem. Break every hard heart. Change every tough situation. May it bring glory to You alone. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
