Layer of Protection 

Balak, the king of Moab, brought the prophet Balaam to curse the people of Israel. The moment Balaam saw the Israelites, God’s Spirit came upon him and his eyes were opened. When the Spirit of God touched him he foresaw how God was going to bless the people of Israel in the future. He restrained himself from cursing them. Instead he counted the blessings that he saw in the vision and revealed them, one after another. God opened the eyes of a man who was summoned by a king to curse a nation and its people. Isn’t it wonderful how God turned the enemy of Israel into a blessing! 

My friend, this is how the Lord will turn your enemies who come against you to your side and help you. The Israelites were chosen people of God; they were His children and God protected them from the curse. Similarly, when you become a child of God, He will protect you from all evil. No curse or witchcraft will operate in your house. People may come against you at your workplace or in the place where you study; ask God to help you and He will surely turn those who rise against you, to come to your side. This is the promise God is giving you today. Claim it and be abundantly blessed. 

Prayer

“Loving Father, I thank You for the word of blessing You have spoken to me today. Lord just as You protected the Israelites from evil, protect me too from all evil forces of the wicked devil. This I ask in Jesus’ name, Amen.”
