Joy For The Boy 

Once, a little boy requested his father to buy some beautiful balloons for him. Though the father agreed, every day, he would forget to fulfill the promise he made to his son. One day, the little boy remembered what his father had taught him long time ago which was, “Ask anything to the heavenly Father. He will meet every small and great need.” He sincerely knelt down before the heavenly Father and offered a simple and short prayer. Next day, when the little boy’s dad came back from office as usual, quite an unusual sight met his eyes. Colorful balloons were hanging from every nook and corner of the house. He asked his little son, “How did you get all these balloons?” The boy happily told his father what had happened, “Daddy, my next door friend’s relative brought many balloons for him and he gave me a good share out of it.” What joy that little boy experienced that day! 

Our God is a great God. He blesses both the small and the great. He will equally satisfy our great as well as our small needs. There is nothing too small or great that cannot be brought to the Lord in prayer. Yes, my dear friend! Whatever be your lack today, He will restore and bless you in an overflowing way. 

Prayer

“Loving Father, thank You for teaching me this truth. I come before You with a need in my heart, today. I believe that You will bless me more than I can ask or imagine. Thank You for hearing to my prayer and blessing me. I receive Your blessings in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
