Blessing For Todayគំរូ

Never Look Back
There was war between England and Germany. The English Army had to cross a great river in order to reach the camp of the German Army. There was a technique the Germans used consistently. The German warriors would wait till the English army came to the spot and would continuously bomb them. One day, the English army chief told his soldiers to cross the river. They took all their belongings and crossed the river. The German soldiers started to throw bombs at them. The conflict broke out and once again the English soldiers looked back. The English Army General instructed his soldiers to destroy the bridge. They protested saying, “Sir, if we destroy the bridge, there would be no way for us to return back and most of us have to face certain death.” But, the Army General commanded them to destroy the bridge. The bridge was destroyed by the bomb blast. Now, there was no way for the soldiers to escape. Having no alternative, they climbed the lofty mountain and fought bravely and gained victory over the German Army.
You may also face problems that tend to make you backslide. But, when you are willing to give up your sinful life, the Lord will help you to triumph over your sins. Dear friend, fear and problem make you forget to follow the loving path of our Lord Jesus Christ. But, only He can change all the chaos in your life and grant you peace.
Prayer
“Loving Lord Jesus Christ, You alone are the source of eternal life. I praise and thank You for Your loving kindness. I have backslidden and followed the wicked ways of the world. Please transform me and remove all my fears. Restore Your joy and peace in my heart. Guide and guard me throughout this day, Amen.”

Every day we must know the plans that the Lord has kept in store for our lives. The Lord has given us His word to reveal His plans to us. He reveals His plans through the word of God as we read it with reverence and prayer. When we hear His voice through our meditation of His word our hearts will burn like fire filled with joy (Psalm 39:3). Then as we follow it with proclamation of those words through the power of the Holy Spirit through our prayer, the blessings of that day will come upon us. Not only the blessings, but the grace of God shall come upon us to carry out that day’s work. We have compiled the Bible passage for you to read as well as the Lord’s revelation for each day. We pray that through this the Lord may give you the grace to be connected to Him throughout this year.
