Blessing For Todayគំរូ

God is Able 

Years ago, one day when I was praying for the people in the prayer tower, I got a phone call from my daughter Sharon who was a small girl. She said, “Daddy, when you come home, please buy a rabbit eraser for me.” I told her, “Surely, I will buy it for you.” Darkness fell and and around 10 O’clock only I returned home. My children were waiting for me at the door. Immediately, she pounced on me and asked me, “Where is the rabbit rubber?” to which I replied, “I forgot about it”. And she became angry and said, “Daddy is always forgetting things. Tomorrow I need this rubber and you have come without it”. My son came close to me and said, “Daddy, if you don’t buy the rubber, she won’t go to sleep at night.” Immediately, I took them both and hastened to the shop. The shopkeeper was about to shut down the shop but I said, “I need to buy a rubber for my child”. We went into the shop and he opened the box of erasers. I told him to give me the entire box. Immediately, my son reminded me saying, “Pencil”. I told the shopkeeper, “Give him a box of pencils too.” Both of them were extremely happy. 

My friend, this is the heart of the Father. When you ask Him for one blessing, He is ready to give you a box full of blessings. He is able to give you more than what you ask of Him. Love the Lord with all Your heart and walk in His ways. 

Prayer

“Loving Lord, thank You for the word of blessing You have spoken to me today. Father, You are the giver of blessings. You give me more than what I ask for. How amazing is Your love. Let me not fall into sin and go astray from You, but love You even more deeply. This I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.”
