Blessing For Todayគំរូ

Obedience
The Lord desires obedience from us more than our worship. Saul disobeyed the Lord and lost his glory; he was rejected from being the king. Obedience is nothing but accepting the authority and the will of God. The Lord says, “I will bless those who obey Me.” “I will esteem those who are humble and contrite in Spirit and those who tremble at My word.”
Some years ago, the Lord Jesus Christ spoke to my father, Bro. D.G.S. Dhinakaran and said, “Choose a day to fast and pray for the nation. I am going to do great and mighty things for the nation. I will deliver My people from serious persecution.” Responding to the desire of the Lord, my father invited people for a day of prayer and more than 25,000 people who had declared, “Good or bad, whatever may happen we consider obedience to God as the greatest honor” gathered for the prayer meeting. Indeed, it was a day of glory and God answered our prayers.
My friend, do not disobey the voice of God and lose your glory. Accept the will of the Father. Our face radiates bright light when we look unto the Lord. Honor will come seeking us when we obey His will.
Prayer
“Loving Father, Your word says that obedience is better than sacrifice. I pray in the name of Your son Jesus Christ to give me this gift of obedience and to obey You just as my forefathers Abraham, Isaac and David did and receive Your blessings. Amen.”

Every day we must know the plans that the Lord has kept in store for our lives. The Lord has given us His word to reveal His plans to us. He reveals His plans through the word of God as we read it with reverence and prayer. When we hear His voice through our meditation of His word our hearts will burn like fire filled with joy (Psalm 39:3). Then as we follow it with proclamation of those words through the power of the Holy Spirit through our prayer, the blessings of that day will come upon us. Not only the blessings, but the grace of God shall come upon us to carry out that day’s work. We have compiled the Bible passage for you to read as well as the Lord’s revelation for each day. We pray that through this the Lord may give you the grace to be connected to Him throughout this year.
