The Helper 

There is no name greater than the name of ‘Jesus’. It brings you transformation, blessings and protection. 

In India, there was a great person who wrote the book “Death of a Guru”. In his early life, he did not know Jesus. But, his mother at the time of her death told him, “If you need help at any time in your life, call on the name of Jesus. He will help you.” He kept his mother’s words in his heart. One day, a rattle snake came to attack him. He did not know what to do. His life flashed before his eyes. Immediately, he remembered his mother’s words. At once, he said “Jesus”. What a miracle! The rattle snake bowed down and slithered away. 

Isn’t the name of Jesus powerful? Yes, it is. The name of Jesus is mighty, powerful and wonderful. In the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. There is blessing and protection in the name of Jesus. Meditate on this name all through this day. Take victory in His name. 

Prayer

“Loving Heavenly Father, I thank You for this day. Your name is powerful. Even today, I bring all the works of my hands to you. I commit my travels to you. I cover myself under Your name. Bless me with Your provision and protection. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
