Lift Your HandsSample

David speaks to his own soul, reminding himself of who God is and what He has done. Sometimes, we need to do the same—to tell our hearts, “Come on, soul, remember!” When we recall His goodness, gratitude begins to rise, and worry starts to fade.
David’s life was far from perfect. He had faults, made mistakes, faced deep struggles, and dealt with family conflict. Yet through it all, he knew where to turn. He found love, mercy, and grace in the hands of God—again and again. That’s what kept his worship alive, even in the middle of his failures.
Worship is not about pretending life is easy; it’s about remembering that God is faithful. He forgives, heals, redeems, and restores. He crowns us with compassion and fills our lives with good things. The more we reflect on His benefits, the more we see that He’s never stopped being good—even when life feels hard.
PRAYER:
God, thank You for Your endless mercy and kindness towards me. Help me to remember Your goodness when I’m tempted to worry and stress out. Let my soul rise in praise for all You have done. Thank you! Amen.

About this Plan

What if just a few minutes of worship each day could change everything? When you take time to focus on God, your relationship with Him deepens, and your heart starts to align with His truth and love. Even a few moments a day can renew your mind, lift your mood, and help you sense His presence throughout your day. Worship softens the heart, lifts heaviness, and frees us from the weight and noise of the world. Our prayer is that this devotional helps you lean into your purpose, see life clearer, and experience God in a fresh, personal way.
