Lift Your HandsSample

Worship begins with a choice—to lift our eyes above the chaos and focus on the One who reigns above it all. David reminds us that joy and gladness are not feelings we wait for; they’re choices we make. When we “come into His presence with singing,” we shift our attention from our problems to His power.
Worship doesn’t deny our struggles—it reframes them. It reminds us that God is still in control and still worthy of our praise. Every time you lift your voice, raise your hands, or whisper a song in the middle of the storm, you are declaring, “God, You are bigger than what I’m facing.”
So when worry starts to creep in—turn it into worship.
When stress tries to pull you down—lift it up in praise.
When the weight of the world feels heavy on your shoulders—throw it off through worship.
Every moment that tries to steal your peace is an opportunity to give God your praise.
PRAYER:
Lord, help me to choose worship even when I don’t feel like it. Help me lift my eyes from my worries and fill my heart with gladness as I enter Your presence with praise. Help me keep you in focus and not my worries, Amen.

About this Plan

What if just a few minutes of worship each day could change everything? When you take time to focus on God, your relationship with Him deepens, and your heart starts to align with His truth and love. Even a few moments a day can renew your mind, lift your mood, and help you sense His presence throughout your day. Worship softens the heart, lifts heaviness, and frees us from the weight and noise of the world. Our prayer is that this devotional helps you lean into your purpose, see life clearer, and experience God in a fresh, personal way.
