Lift Your HandsSample

Before the walls of Jericho fell, God had already declared victory. Yet Joshua and the Israelites still had to walk six days in silent obedience, six days woth ridicule, six days while nothing was happening. But on the seventh day, when their praise went up, the walls came down.
All the while, their enemies stood on top of those walls, mocking them, laughing, ridiculing, and shouting down, “Are you going to sing us to death?” and “Do you take song requests?”
It must have looked foolish, but faith often does.
Sometimes God asks us to worship before we see results.
Praise might seem pointless when the obstacle still stands, but that’s where faith is forged. Worship invites God’s presence into the very place of resistance, and when His presence fills the space, walls can’t stay standing.
Your praise has power. When you lift your voice in faith, heaven moves on your behalf.
PRAYER:
God, help me to praise You even when nothing seems to change. I trust that as I lift my worship, You are working behind the scenes to bring down the walls before me. I have confidence in You, Amen.

About this Plan

What if just a few minutes of worship each day could change everything? When you take time to focus on God, your relationship with Him deepens, and your heart starts to align with His truth and love. Even a few moments a day can renew your mind, lift your mood, and help you sense His presence throughout your day. Worship softens the heart, lifts heaviness, and frees us from the weight and noise of the world. Our prayer is that this devotional helps you lean into your purpose, see life clearer, and experience God in a fresh, personal way.
