Lent | Week 4: Jesus' Journey to the CrossSample

Jesus Before Pilate
Pilate was caught in a difficult spot. He knew Jesus was innocent, but he was too afraid to make a stand. It’s easy to look at Pilate’s indecision and think, “Why didn’t he do the right thing?” Yet, how often do we face moments in life where we have to choose between doing what’s easy or what’s right?
Jesus faced rejection, but he stayed focused on his mission. What about you? Are there moments where God is calling you to stand firm in your faith, even when it’s hard or unpopular?
Pray: God, give me the courage to make the right choice, even when it’s difficult. Help me to stand for what’s right, no matter the consequences. Amen.

About this Plan

As we move through Lent, we reflect on some of Jesus' most intense moments: his betrayal, arrest, and ultimate sacrifice. These moments remind us that following God’s will isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it. This week, let’s reflect on what it means to choose God’s path, even when it’s hard, and to extend love and grace to others in the face of challenges.
