We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to GodSample

Day 348 of 365
In Psalm 77 and 78, the psalmist reflects on God’s mighty works, recounting His faithfulness to Israel even amid their rebellion. This remembrance serves to bolster faith, providing hope in present challenges. Revelation 6 reveals the opening of the seals, a powerful reminder that God’s plans and justice are unfolding, even when the world feels uncertain. The Holy Spirit teaches us to recall God’s faithfulness, enabling us to stand firm when life’s storms arise, secure in the knowledge of His unchanging love.
Our faith is strengthened when we actively remember God’s goodness, His past interventions, and His unwavering promises. The Spirit brings these memories to mind, reminding us that the God who has acted on our behalf before will continue to be with us. This divine perspective allows us to see trials in light of God’s enduring faithfulness, filling us with courage and trust.
Today, invite the Holy Spirit to help you remember the ways God has been faithful in your life. Reflect on these moments, allowing them to rekindle your hope and reinforce your trust in Him. As you remember, let gratitude rise in your heart, knowing that the same faithful God who has walked with you before will never leave you.
