We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to GodSample

Day 347 of 365
In Revelation 5, we witness an awe-inspiring scene in which heavenly beings worship the Lamb who alone is worthy to open the scroll. This worship is filled with reverence and awe, displaying a deep recognition of God’s holiness and power. Psalm 76 reflects a similar awe, celebrating God’s majesty and power over the earth. This combination of scriptures calls us into worship that goes beyond words—worship that involves every fiber of our being, stirred by the Holy Spirit to honor our Creator and Redeemer.
True worship is transformative; as we lift our hearts in adoration, we open ourselves to the work of the Spirit, who deepens our awareness of God’s glory. Through worship, the Spirit reshapes our perspective, enabling us to see beyond earthly concerns to the eternal majesty of God. This kind of worship doesn’t just honor God—it changes us, aligning our desires with His and filling us with His peace.
Today, let your worship be wholehearted and intentional. Allow the Holy Spirit to draw you into God’s presence, where reverence and adoration abound. May your worship not only glorify God but also transform you, drawing you closer to His heart and empowering you to live in awe of His greatness.
