We Grow: A Journey of Drawing Closer to GodSample

Day 351 of 365
Psalm 84 beautifully expresses the longing to dwell in God’s presence, where true safety, joy, and fulfillment are found. Revelation 9, with its imagery of judgment, reminds us that life outside of God’s refuge is marked by turmoil and distress. The Holy Spirit calls us into the shelter of God’s presence, where we are covered by His love and protected by His strength. When we choose to dwell with Him, we find a sanctuary that sustains us, even amid life’s challenges.
God’s presence is not simply a place of comfort—it’s a place of transformation. The Spirit invites us to dwell there continually, allowing His peace and power to permeate every area of our lives. Here, in God’s shelter, we are renewed and empowered, equipped to face the world with confidence, knowing that our security rests in Him alone. As we rest in His presence, we gain a perspective that transcends earthly struggles and draws us closer to His eternal purposes.
Today, seek refuge in God’s presence. Invite the Holy Spirit to fill you with peace and strength, anchoring you in His love. May you carry the assurance that you are never alone, for God’s presence is your true and unshakable dwelling place, a sanctuary that remains constant and unchanging.
