Jesus and the Samaritan Woman at the Well
Listen to "Jesus and the Samaritan Woman at the Well":
Reflect
The Lord sees through our sins to our deepest needs. We don’t know why this woman lived the way she did. Jesus didn’t make that the main issue. Instead, he got to the heart of the matter quickly — she thirsted for more. We, too, thirst for more. And that thirst can only be quenched through a personal, intimate relationship with Jesus.
● Why do you think Jesus asked the woman at the well to call her husband? What was the woman’s response when Jesus revealed He knew her personal history?
● Jesus knows everything about us. If you had an encounter with Jesus, like this woman, what do you think He might say to you?
● Can you imagine yourself introducing a large group of people to Jesus like this woman did? What will you trust God to do through you in the next month? The next year?
