Tik-Tok 

Once a little boy had a beautiful watch that was presented to him by his grandfather on his birthday. He kept it in his pocket all the time. One day he went to play in the snow, and he played there for many hours. Suddenly, when he put his hand in the pocket, he found that the watch was missing. It had fallen somewhere. He was shocked. He searched for it anxiously. But, he couldn’t find it. After few minutes, he calmed his mind. “Tik-tok…tik-tok…tik-tok” a sound came from somewhere. He followed that sound. At last, he found his precious watch and was very excited. He went home with joy and peace. 

In the same way, when you have several problems in your life, keep calm. Do not become anxious. Anxiety sometimes even conceals the solution, which may be right before you. It blocks God’s voice and the counsel of good people. It takes away the decision-making capacity out of you. Cast all your cares on the Lord in prayer. A great peace will fill you. In peace, you can find God’s counsel, plan and vision. Keep calm and sail through the day. 

Prayer

“Loving heavenly Father, I have been drowned by my many problems. I have become restless. I trust in You and bring everything to You. I bring my burden to you. Thank You for filling me with peace. Help me to take the right decisions with Your wisdom in all matters. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
