Sugar-Free Chocolates
To avoid a life of sorrow in the midst of plenty, one must give up the desire and practice of chasing riches outside God’s blessing. God is full of mercy to forgive us and lead us towards a life free from sorrow.
Many years ago, when I went to the United States of America, I was taken to a big super mall. There was a separate section for chocolates. The shop had different varieties of chocolates. There I saw a section for sugar-free chocolates. There were many varieties in that section too. They said that they are sweet to taste but do not contain sugar.
Sugar sweetens the recipe. But, nowadays most of the people are afraid of sugar. People want to avoid sugar because of the consequences it brings to one’s health. In the same way, God wants to bless you with riches free of sorrow. He wants to bless you with riches which comes with joy and peace. Ask and receive them. Be a blessing to millions.
Prayer
“Loving heavenly Father, You are a God who loves to bless us. I need money to build Your kingdom on this earth and also to bless the needy. Lord, bless me with Your riches. I thank You because You do not add sorrow with it. It comes with joy and peace. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

Every day we must know the plans that the Lord has kept in store for our lives. The Lord has given us His word to reveal His plans to us. He reveals His plans through the word of God as we read it with reverence and prayer. When we hear His voice through our meditation of His word our hearts will burn like fire filled with joy (Psalm 39:3). Then as we follow it with proclamation of those words through the power of the Holy Spirit through our prayer, the blessings of that day will come upon us.
