Tears

Anguish breaks the heart. But, living in tears is not God’s will. He wants you to abound in His blessings.

In Persia, if someone was dying, a man would come and take their tears in a vessel and preserve it carefully. They believe that their tears are coming from deep within the heart. And when they apply these tears on a sick person, they would be healed. This is their belief.

The Bible talks about God’s people who shed tears. David cried out to God. God saved him from his enemies and lifted him up to become the king. King Hezekiah shed tears because of his disease. God healed him and added 15 years to his life. Jesus Himself shed tears in the garden of Gethsemane. Not only did He shed tears, but He shed His precious blood also. Today, be assured that your tears are kept in His account. 2000 years ago, Jesus died on the cross so that your tears could be wiped away. More than your tears, it is His blood that is powerful. So, look up to the cross where every tear has been wiped away. Believe and receive miracles in your life.

Prayer

“Loving heavenly Father, according to Your word, I believe that You have an account of all my tears. You died on the cross to wipe away my tears. You shed Your blood for me. I look up to You today. Let me experience joy instead of mourning. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

‘Blood of Jesus on the cross is the answer for your tears!’

Blessing For Today

Every day we must know the plans that the Lord has kept in store for our lives. The Lord has given us His word to reveal His plans to us. He reveals His plans through the word of God as we read it with reverence and prayer. When we hear His voice through our meditation of His word our hearts will burn like fire filled with joy (Psalm 39:3). Then as we follow it with proclamation of those words through the power of the Holy Spirit through our prayer, the blessings of that day will come upon us. Not only the blessings, but the grace of God shall come upon us to carry out that day’s work.  We have compiled the Bible passage for you to read as well as the Lord’s revelation for each day. We pray that through this the Lord may give you the grace to be connected to Him throughout this year.
