"Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen." Ephesians 3:20-21(NIV)

One of the saddest realizations would be to discover how much God was willing to do, yet how little we trusted Him for. In Ephesians 3:20–21, Paul reminds us that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power at work within us.

Think about that for a moment. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead now lives in every believer. This is not merely a theological truth; it is a present reality. God's power is at work in us, enabling Him to transform our lives, provide strength, bring healing, open doors, and accomplish His purposes in ways beyond our understanding.

Because of this, we do not approach God timidly. We pray boldly, not because of our ability, but because of His. We can bring Him our biggest needs, deepest burdens, and highest hopes, confident that nothing is beyond His reach. What seems impossible to us is not difficult for Him.

This does not mean God will answer every prayer exactly as we expect. Rather, it means His wisdom, power, and plans exceed our imagination. Often, He answers in ways greater than what we originally asked for.

As you walk through life, resist the temptation to place limits on God. Do not allow past disappointments, present circumstances, or human reasoning to shrink your expectations of what He can do. Keep praying. Keep trusting. Keep bringing your requests before Him.

The God who invites us to ask is the same God who delights in displaying His glory through answered prayer. His resources are limitless, His power is unmatched, and His ability far exceeds anything we could ever imagine.
