Prayer That HealsSample

The four keys to fighting in victory
We have learned that we fight from a finished victory—because of what Jesus has done and overcome.
Therefore, we do not fight passively.
Not with doubt.
Not with begging.
We fight in authority.
And we do not do this in our own strength, because God has made us competent.
How, then, do we fight for victory in a practical way?
Here are four keys you can find in Scripture.
1. SPEAK TO THE MOUNTAIN
“For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.”
— Mark 11:23 (NKJV)
So you must speak to the mountain. The mountain stands for the problem.
Don’t speak to God about the problem, but speak to the problem about God.
2. SPEAK WITH AUTHORITY
“Then they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, ‘What is this? What new doctrine is this? For with authority He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.’”
— Mark 1:27 (NKJV)
So you do not gently or quietly say, “Dear ‘cold’, would you please move somewhere else?”
No—you take authority and say, “Leave, you serpent!”
3. LAY HANDS ON
“When the sun was setting, all those who had any that were sick with various diseases brought them to Him; and He laid His hands on every one of them and healed them.”
— Luke 4:40 (NKJV)
When you fight for someone, lay hands on the problem if possible—otherwise on the shoulders or forehead. You also see this in Luke and in Acts 28:8.
4. FAITH
“Have faith in God.”
— Mark 11:22 (NKJV)
“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”
— Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV)
When we fight sickness and demons, we must believe that what we speak will come to pass—that God’s Spirit will work through us and bring healing.
So: lay hands on, speak in faith, with authority, to the mountain.
And the problem—the mountain—will have to move in the Name of Jesus.
Amen?
If you fight for someone and do not see an immediate result, do not begin to doubt or condemn yourself.
Never let yourself be discouraged if it does not happen right away—just keep doing what the Word says. Every healing that does take place is another testimony of our amazing God.
If you have spoken to something several times and it does not move, you can say:
“I have fought, and I have believed; I trust that it will have its effect.”
Never say, “God is going to heal you now,” to an unbeliever. If it does not happen immediately, you invite disappointment and discussion—and that should be avoided.
Instead, say: “May I pray for you? I believe God can touch you.”
Much blessing and fruit.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, thank You for Your Name, Your power, and Your authority. Help me to act boldly, full of faith and love. Amen.
