Seek First 365: A One Year Bible Reading Plan for Daily DevotionSample

Reflection:
- How do verses 1-3 describe nations and rulers of nations, and how does this description resemble the current political climate of our world today?
- What direction is given to us in verses 10-12 as a response to the sovereignty of Jesus?
- What promise ends Psalm 2, and how does this promise give you hope and encouragement?
Pray and Apply:
Is there an issue of injustice or hate happening today that particularly concerns you? Commit to praying every day about this issue to God for the next 30 days, asking for His intervention and salvation. Declare that God’s Kingdom will come and His will be done in place of the injustice occurring in the world. As you pray, listen to the Holy Spirit and God’s insight on this issue. Let Him speak to you about things you can do to actively be light in the darkness.

About this Plan

Seek First 365 is a one-year Bible reading plan designed to help you build a daily rhythm of reading Scripture, meditating on God’s Word, praying, and journaling. Instead of rushing through several chapters each day, Seek First 365 invites you to slow down and focus on a single passage—or even part of a chapter. The goal isn’t speed, but transformation. Each day is crafted to help you linger in God’s Word, listen to the Spirit, and let His truth shape your heart, mind, and life.
