While We Wait - Living in Expectancy for Christ's Return (For Women)Sample

Day 5 – Watch While We Wait
Waiting with expectancy for Christ’s return also means waiting with a watchful eye. Personally, I stay attentive to the signs of the times. The Bible tells us that there will be wars and rumors of wars, famines, earthquakes in many places, persecution, increasing deception, and many will fall away. Just like the five wise bridesmaids, we are called to stay alert and prepared as we watch and wait with anticipation, discernment, and endurance. So, sis, be wise, keep watch, and stay ready as we await His glorious return.
Reflection Questions:
1. How attentive are you to the signs of the times in your daily life?
2. In what areas of your spiritual life do you need to stay more alert and prepared?
3. How can you cultivate wisdom and watchfulness as we wait for Christ’s return?
Closing Prayer:
“Lord, help me to stay alert, wise, and prepared as I wait for Your return. Keep my heart focused on You, and guide me in every step of vigilance and faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
