DAY 11 OF 21

Servant Leadership - Ransom

Reflect:

Jesus, the Son of God, came to this world with unparalleled authority and power, yet He chose the role of a servant. He healed the sick, washed the feet of His disciples, and ultimately gave His life for our salvation. His actions were not just acts of kindness; they were the perfect example of humility and sacrificial love.

In the same way, we are called to serve others. Serving is not limited to grand gestures; it is found in the everyday acts of love, kindness, and sacrifice we extend to those around us. Whether it is offering a listening ear, meeting someone’s needs, or encouraging a weary soul, our lives should mirror Jesus’ heart for others.

Serving others requires us to step outside our comfort zones. Just as Jesus laid down His life for us, we are called to lay down our pride, time, and resources to love and serve those He places in our paths. When we serve, we reflect the heart of Jesus and reveal His love to the world.

Respond:

Take a moment to consider: Who has God placed in your life for you to serve? How can you reflect Jesus' love in the same way He served and sacrificed for us?

Write down three specific ways you can serve someone this week:

Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to give you a servant's heart, empowering you to serve selflessly and joyfully. As you step into this calling, remember that your acts of service point others to the love and humility of Jesus Christ.
