The Triumphal Entry
Jesus entered Jerusalem as King, but not with the pomp and splendor of an earthly ruler. Instead, He came humbly, riding on a donkey. The crowd joyfully acclaimed Him, yet many who shouted "Hosanna!" would later cry out "Crucify Him!" This moment reminds us that Jesus did not come to meet human expectations but to fulfill God’s perfect plan for salvation.
Today, Jesus still seeks to enter our lives—not as a temporary ruler but as the Lord of our existence. Do we truly welcome Him, or only when it is convenient? His kingship requires full surrender, even when we do not fully understand His ways.
🔹 Application Questions:
- How can you proclaim Jesus as King in your daily life?
- Does your faith depend on Jesus fulfilling your expectations, or do you trust in His perfect will?
