Are you longing for Satan’s crushing?
A battle has been raging for thousands of years. After Eve partakes of the forbidden fruit, God speaks, “And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel” (Genesis 3:15). The woman’s Seed is Jesus, and the serpent’s seed is the devil’s followers throughout the ages, including both people and demons. We are called to partner with Jesus. Paul writes about his own ministry, “to open their [the unsaved] eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God” (Acts 26:18). Satan’s final destination is the lake of fire (Revelation 20:10); however, our mission is to cross enemy lines and bring the lost to the God of peace.
