King & KingdomsSample

Jesus does not make things unclear in any way as he continues his explanation. Jesus calls himself "the gate" for the sheep to come into God's pasture, and explains that if anyone enters through Him, they would be saved and will find pasture. I imagine rolling hills of paradise; that is what awaits those who come through the Good Shepherd's Gate. John 10:10 is a life verse for many people as it explains that a thief (the Enemy) comes only to take from us and steal from us, while Jesus gives us abundant life.
That life isn't just far off in heaven someday, it's also right here with us. Jesus, as the Good Shepherd who lays down His life for His sheep, is the only way to true, abundant life. Any other way will only leave us dissapointed.
Think it Over: What in life is stealing from you? How can Jesus give you abundant life in that exact thing?
