Jesus came so we could have a relationship with God and live our best life ever with Him. Sometimes there will be people and things that try to hurt that relationship. We need to remember that Jesus loves us, and we can live a full life through Him.

Two fun ideas for how you can memorize this verse:

1. Write this verse on a post-it note and stick it to your bathroom mirror. Every morning when you are getting ready for the day and every night when you are getting ready for bed, read this verse aloud to memorize it.
2. Put this verse as your background picture on your phone. Every time you open your phone, take a minute to read and memorize it.

Why it’s important to memorize Scripture:

• Scripture is God’s word, and His word is here to help guide and encourage us. It is always good to have scripture memorized so that in the moments when we need God’s encouragement, we can fall back on His word.
• Scripture also teaches us the truth about God and who He is. It is important to understand who God is to understand better His love for us and His plans for our lives.
