No one likes fake friends. They will be your best friend one moment, then pretend they do not care about you the next. God is like us because He wants us to care about what He cares about. When you decide to form a relationship with God, you choose to follow His direction for you. Following His direction will not always be easy. We might experience fear when He asks us to do something hard. He understands this but wants you to follow His direction because it is best for your life. We can have confidence because God loves us.
This week, if you are feeling nervous, pray and ask for help as you follow God.
