All Change (Week 4)Sample

Day Four - I Can Make Good Choices
This week we are going to be looking at how ‘I Can Make Good Choices!’
READ: Jonah 1
We read that Jonah showed remorse or, at the very least, understood his guilt when he told the sailors that it was because of him that the storm came.
Jonah knew running away from God was not a good choice - and the storm that terrified them all was a consequence of disobeying what God asked him to do.
ASK:
Are there choices that you make that you know are not the best choice?
How do you think we learn how to make good choices?
Chat with someone about this - pray together and ask the Holy Spirit to help you make good choices.
REMEMBER:
Isaiah 43:19:
"Look at the new thing I am going to do.
It is already happening. Don’t you see it?
I will make a road in the desert.
I will make rivers in the dry land."
SAY:
Thank you, Lord, that you have created me uniquely and wonderfully.
Help me to love you and everyone you have placed in my life and
to become more like you every day - in Jesus' name - Amen.

About this Plan

Welcome to this devotional for kids! Our "All Change" series is inspired by our changeling DNA. Just like a caterpillar changes into a butterfly, we can all grow and change as we become more like Jesus by shaking off the old and stepping into the new. As we journey through this together let's learn all about the purpose God has for us!
