My Life As A Reality TV ShowSample

With all this talk of these commandments about loving and honoring those around us, maybe you’re asking yourself the question, “How can I really love everyone?” Maybe it’s easier for you to only love your best friends or maybe the thing you love most is Netflix. We can all end up in the same boat sometimes. How can we be so loving that we love everyone, especially “those people” it might be hard for us to love? The love we have for others isn’t just a love, it’s an overflow. What does that mean? Well, our love for others, our ability to love those around us, it’s all rooted in our love for God. When God is our first love, it becomes more natural for us to love. We start to see what God sees, recognize that everyone around us was created by Him, even those in our family. Love for the people around us becomes the overflow of God’s love IN us. Is loving people hard for you? If so, maybe think about what it means to make God your first love. How might that change the way in which you view those around you?
