A few years back when we had gone to Singapore, a tall man with bruises on his face testified like this, “I was a gang leader. Every time, I would kill a member of the other faction and immerse their body in an acid tank till it was disfigured. Finally the police caught me and put me in jail. At that time, someone told me about Jesus. I gave my life to Jesus. Old things have passed away and the blood of Jesus has cleansed me. Today, I am transformed and am preaching the love of Jesus to others.”
The Blood of Jesus Christ cleanses everyone from all their sins. It even saves a ruthless person. God’s love is intoxicating. When the blood of Jesus cleanses you, His beauty is passed on to you. Your face radiates joy and peace. Today, if you have this joy and peace, praise Him with all your heart. It is very precious. You cannot purchase it in any store. Today, make a decision to pray for someone known to you who is notorious in the society. God’s hand is not shortened that it cannot save them. Jesus shed His blood for humanity. It is your responsibility to pray and preach the gospel in season and out of season. Be a good steward.

“Loving heavenly Father, by Your grace You have saved me. I thank you for making me a righteous person. Today, I pray for my unsaved friends and family members. Let them come into this light of salvation. Open their hearts that they may accept You as Saviour. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

Every day we must know the plans that the Lord has kept in store for our lives. The Lord has given us His word to reveal His plans to us. He reveals His plans through the word of God as we read it with reverence and prayer. When we hear His voice through our meditation of His word our hearts will burn like fire filled with joy (Psalm 39:3). Then as we follow it with proclamation of those words through the power of the Holy Spirit through our prayer, the blessings of that day will come upon us. Not only the blessings, but the grace of God shall come upon us to carry out that day’s work. We have compiled the Bible passage for you to read as well as the Lord’s revelation for each day. We pray that through this the Lord may give you the grace to be connected to Him throughout this year.
