God Knows 

I have heard many people say, “Oh! I don’t know my future. What does God have in store for me? It is hidden from me.” As a child of God, the Holy Spirit comes into you and guides you in the perfect path. Let me tell you how the Lord led me when I was at crossroads in my life. After my college studies, I was concerned about what I have to do. I used to discuss it with my father too. I prayed and waited on the Lord. He showed me that I would complete MBA as well as Ph.D. Yes! As the Lord said, I have completed my higher education and have a doctorate. Today I am the Chancellor of a University. This was revealed by the Holy Spirit before 32 years. Another time, I was deeply concerned about how to choose my life partner. I prayed and sought His counsel. After giving the matter a deep thought, with the help of the Holy Spirit, I prayed saying, “Lord, I am a tall person. I want a tall girl. She should be at least 5’ 6” in height.” To my amazement, God gave me a wife who was of 5’ 7”. One inch more! What a wonderful God! She is not only physically tall, but also spiritually tall. God’s choice will be the best always. 

As a child of God, you never have to lament saying, “I don’t know what God has for me.” The Holy Spirit is the best guide. He will reveal your future to you. Simply depend on Him and obey His counsel. He will take you to green pastures beside still waters. 

Prayer

“Loving Father, today onwards, I will stop lamenting that my future appears mysterious. Lord, my days are in Your hands. Reveal Your will in my spirit through Your Holy Spirit. May Your divine purpose be completely fulfilled in my life. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
