Dialogue Between God and Humans. Stop here and read today's scriptures. It can be tempting to hide from God. (Really!? Who can hide from Him?) You might find yourself ignoring the place you are or things you have been through in an attempt to avoid a conversation with God. Look at what God asks Adam and Eve when he looks for them, "Where are you?" Did God not know? Of course, He did. The point may have been that Adam and Eve needed to know where they "were." Question: Where are you right now? Are there things you are hiding from? What might God want to say to you? Prayer Focus: Take a moment to invite God into the very place you are, mentally, emotionally, physically, permitting Him to speak a word of encouragement directly to you.
