Miracles are sometimes called “mighty acts of God,” “signs” or “wonders.” When people saw them they were amazed. In the Bible, miracles are performed by God, by Jesus or through ordinary people by the Holy Spirit’s power. When Jesus made Simon Peter’s mother-in-law well, was it a “miracle”?
