Guardians Of Ancora Bible Plan: Ancora Kids Go Out To Dinner

NGÀY 1 TRONG 3

THE FAMILY HOUSE [Illustrations included in this devotional are not visible in this view. Illustrations are only supported in the Bible App for iOS, Android, and at Bible.com] Cousins Sophie and Alex were arguing about their grandma. “She’s my grandma!” “No, she’s not. She’s my grandma!” “She’s not. She’s my grandma!” What a surprise when they found she was grandma to both of them! Can you work out how? (Sophie’s mum and Alex’s dad are brother and sister. “Grandma” is mum’s mum and dad’s mum!) There’s a story about a mum’s mum in today’s Bible reading. Here’s her story: “Hello, I’m Simon Peter’s mother-in-law. That means Simon Peter is married to my daughter. Simon and his brother Andrew are having a meal with me tonight, along with Jesus and some other friends. It’s going really well now and we’re all having a lovely time. But the evening didn’t start out like this. It started with me feeling so ill, I couldn’t get out of bed!” What do you think will happen? Find out in the next part of “Ancora Kids Go Out to Dinner”. Pray: Thank God for all the people you love and all the people who love you. Ancora Kids! Explore the town of Capernaum as you take the Bible Quest “At Simon Peter’s House” in the interactive Bible app Guardians of Ancora. Download for free, from your usual app store.
