Many years ago, a servant of God went to Africa. He ministered to those people and worked hard for them. One day, he got affected by a dreadful disease. It was a fatal disease and death was certain. So the people kept him in a secluded place and waited for his death. The faith of the people there was not evident at all. There was no one there to help him and he suffered greatly. His last moments came as the fever started to spread from his leg to his whole body and it came near his heart. Suddenly, a voice was heard that said, “Stop, don’t go beyond this”. The Lord Himself had spoken those words. The fever stopped at God’s word and started receding. The servant of God was healed completely. When he came out, the people thought that it was his spirit. He immediately calmed them down and told them that he did not die and God raised him up alive. The living God restored his life back. Seeing this, the people were amazed. 

My friend, God will do the same for you. Even though you walk through the valley of shadow of death God will be with you. He will raise you up once again. He will guard you from the evil one. God will turn your sorrows into joy and shower His blessings upon you. God will give you a bright future. 

Prayer

“Loving Father, thank You for your word of blessing You have spoken to me today. Father, I ask You in Jesus’ name to raise me up from the bed of sickness, failures and debts. Let Your Holy Spirit fill my heart and rule over me. Amen.”
